The doctor's response was very upsetting though. "I've decided that your child will not have what I would consider a quality life so I'm not going to do anything to save her." How awful!
By the way Dollymama...is there some point in your pregnancy when you stop being so paranoid? We saw Little Bit on screen yesterday and all looked well and then my doctor commented that she had lost three babies at this point. Sheesh!
I find it pretty harsh to know that her doctor stated those things although I can understand the why's of it...it still hurts when someone states that to you. Basically saying they are not going to help your child. Pretty tough issue there...I am happy and delighted to know she came into the world into the loving arms of family. To get the chance to know that feeling for however long it lasts. God Bless them and keep them.~Aileen
