Keep up the good work! Once you get into it, it gets fun and addictive. I haven't been able to exercise for almost 6 weeks because of the stupid whooping cough. But I hope to get back into it very soon. Make sure to take your measurements. Sometimes, when you are building muscle, you don't lose a ton of weight at first, but you lose lots of inches. The measurements can be your assurance you are making ground!
