Worked out again today. Doubled the ab workout and increased cardio by 3 more minutes. Plan to go again tomorrow.

Business stuff looms large. I know what I want for Christmas--2 more of me, at least. Thank you.

  1. Keep up the good work! Once you get into it, it gets fun and addictive. I haven't been able to exercise for almost 6 weeks because of the stupid whooping cough. But I hope to get back into it very soon. Make sure to take your measurements. Sometimes, when you are building muscle, you don't lose a ton of weight at first, but you lose lots of inches. The measurements can be your assurance you are making ground!

    Hey can you request two of me also?? I sure could use the help as well!!LOL!! Good Job on the working out!! I've recently taken up some of the hubby's Marine Corps exercises....there's definitely an improvement going on!!
